I booked the stay for 3 days , but I had to check out early, 8:30 am March 31st, because my daughter's car broke down on the freeway in San Diego. When I checked out, the clerk behind the counter didn't give me a receipt but said that I would receive an email receipt the next day, April 1st. The email receipt had a charge for the night that I didn't stay, April 1st. I tried several days to talk the manager, but he never took my call or returned my call. Finally, the same clerk that checked me out said that I should have given them 24 hour notice. I was never told or read that I had to give a 24 hour notice to check out! So they made me pay for a night that I didn't stay!

No ac electric outlets broken towels were cheap and small . No ice machines the place was filthy and tv had no remote we had to go to front to get one and not even fan refused to fix ac

Room was "roomy." Enough space to maneuver my wife's wheelchair. Also, "art" on the wall, which you don't see in most motels.

Lots of "wasted space." Could easily add a mini fridge and microwave to the room. Perhaps a coffee maker as well. Also, the "breakfast" was disappointing. Coffee, juice and wrapped pastry. Lame. Previous Wyndham property offered eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, milk etc., and charged less for the room.

cracks and rusts on shower wall. Also broken security lock. No refrigerator. Only 2 bath towels and no facial towels.

Half of the staff is really nice and the hotel is inexpensive.
Negatives:
They have active cameras in the room, on the thermostat. There was tissue over a section of the thermostat , moved the tissue and there was the camera,( dime size) I disable it..the next thing hot water was turned off on me.

I like the front desk guy, he was very friendly, quick and fast. The room is big with a small fridge and nice shower. I would stay here again

I didn’t like people talking and screaming on the halls after midnight.

NOISY, NO CUSTOMER RESOLUTION TO LOUD GUESTS NO PHONE IN ROOM ONLY TWO TOWELS, noise started at midnight when guests in connecting room rattled our door and locks and then proceeded to extremely loud laughing and knocking things in the room for more than 4 hours. None of your staff called after my first call when staff stated they would and no answer to subsequent calls at 3 am and 4
