I'm disabled with a dog. I got the only room left, a second floor room that was not for pets though they allowed my dog. Since the only way I can climb the stairs is to use both hands to pull myself up the stairs, I could not take luggage with me and slept in my clothes. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There were pot holes and puddles in the parking lot as well as areas cordoned off for repair making it difficult to navigate, park and walk.

Breakfast was really poor. No eggs or sausages. No milk laid out. Only 1 waffle maker, everyone had to queue to use. Generally, poor excuse for a hot meal.

Positives:
No door handle/nob o bathroom door. Floor hsd cracks hurt bare feet. Refrigerator did not work and in the morning maid apologized she had unplugged it to defrost. Out food spoiled. Nice restaurant close by
