Positives: Staff. Also the pool table and bar area in the lobby. Too bad the weather was too cold, I really wanted to get in the pool becuz staff told me it is heated. Fun place to stay, stylish and entertaining. Turn my cancel flight into a fun night stay.

Negatives: Everything was superb, only thing that can improve will be the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Positives: Lobby, bar area and pool/patio areas were very nice. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Negatives: Expensive add-on parking fees. Overly firm mattresses were not comfortable at all. Bathroom door did not lock or completely close off visibility into bathroom (not cool when sharing a room with friends). Room was very noisy: could hear lobby noise, hallway noise, plumbing noises, etc.
