Positives: Close to the airport and freeways.
Negatives: The rooms are newly renovated, so they?re nice and clean. The walls are way too thin, so you can hear the people in the room next to you having a regular conversation.

Negatives: I thought they had regular shuttles by Hilton hop-on at the LAX. It turned out that you have to call the hotel and they have a separate van to pick you up. You will not get a shuttle to the hotel if you don't know. This is a temporary issue but they are under renovation. Covered with plastics and improvised breakfast room - that was okay.

Positives: Nicely remodeled room. Convenient location
Negatives: Safety issue. In the bathroom where the toilet and shower are located the switch is on the outside of the room. It is a motion sensor light. Several times during a shower and usitthe toilet the light goes off and it’s completely dark. You either have to yell for a family member to turn the light switch back on or reach out the door dripping wet from the shower to reach the switch. It could be a safety hazard in so many ways

Negatives: It would have been nice to know on Booking.com that the hotel was under massive renovation, and that most of the amenities like the pool, lounge and fitness center were closed. The breakfast was sub-par in a room with no windows or music. The check-in clerk forgot to give my breakfast punch-card and my parking permit, so I had to ask for both after they charged the breakfast to my room. I understand hotels need to make renovations, but the staff could have gone above and beyond to ensure that the service and hospitality was excellent. This is unbecoming for a Hilton hotel. I will be making sure to call ahead next time to ensure no renovations are being made.

Positives: The Hilton Garden Inn LAX staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating during hotel construction. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. If you're looking for a cozy hotel without a lot of vehicle and foot traffic and very near to city attractions, give Hilton Garden Inn LAX a visit.
Negatives: Minor inconvenience due to hotel construction.

Positives: The staff is friendly and professional. The location is ideal. Very close to the airport. The hotel was well furnished and the parking was ample. The breakfast was filled with a variety of options.
Negatives: The furnishings appear dated and worn. We witnessed water wear and tear in the bathroom wallpaper. The carpets throughout the hotel carried a smell.

Positives: Clean, close from the airport, spacious room
Negatives: I sent them about 3 or 4 messages prior my stay to ask about the shuttle service that they advertise to be included. They never answered to any of my emails and so I had to take a taxi. Also when getting there staff was not welcoming at all and when doing check out either. They did not even say hi.
