Close to the airport, avoiding the menace of city traffic. The place is nice and comfortable if you want to spend a few days.
Negatives:
More staff in the front desk, there was just one person doing everything: taking calls, checking in guests, solving questions. It delay our check-in and the person felt stressed not giving the correct attention to every guest. There aren't a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The staff were not helpful or willing to resolve my query but advised to take up with booking.com but I paid Sonesta select,my booking l paid extra for balcony only two chairs no table, paid extra for pool view a big tree obscure the pool,the wardrobe was in the middle the room? Stain in the end of the bed, bedding and towels you had to give 24 hr notice, we gave notice went out all day it was 6pm in the the tlowels were changed the bedding was not changed. Im glad we Moved to a better hotel for the rest of my 11 day stay it was so much better they couldn't do enough for us thank you staff at Hampton inns at hilton at vine Street not far from.broadway Los Angeles.

This was my usual hotel for the LA toy show. I wont stay here again. It used to be warm and homely, no more. The service is indifferent (although not bad), the lovely Doreen was nowhere to be seen. Housekeeping is every 7th day- I was there for 6 nights so my room was basically untouched- until I asked specially. Breakfast is ok although not cheap, there are options which was better than before. It just lacked the warmth I remember from the place, no one cares, you are a ship in the night- and as its my fourth time there its not for me.
