The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower corner need sealing. The toilet paper hanger was missing. I was happy to have peanut butter for my bagels. I wish that they would have chamomile teas available.

What I liked best about this hotel were the employees they were nice and accommodating to my needs. I stayed here for 12 days and the employees made sure it was as pleasant as possible!

Management is Rude. They charge debit cards an extra $15 and blame it on the bank. Wouldnt extend my stay because of my kids but they put us on the 3rd floor I have toddlers. When I offered to change rooms to not disturb guest they wouldnt accommodate.

Good bed, refrigerator, microwave, shower, TV, and internet connection. Good free breakfast included with link sausages, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, coffee, decaf, tea. oranges, apples, cereal, etc.

House keeping! They continued to check every 15 minutes the hour before checkout.

Nice room and friendly staff. Served us well for two days exploring Napa

Location is fine, lots of things in the area.
Negatives:
I. Room had a damped smell to it. II. Milk ran out at breakfast. III. Energy drink went missing from the fridge. IV. Bed Bugs, got bites after the 1st night.

The location is good, easy access to freeway, near Jelly Belly factory, and other attractions in the area. Not too far from Napa and Point Reyes.

I booked what was listed as 3-star, but it felt like 2-star hotel. The pool was out of service. The hallway was left dirty for 2 days. A/C not working properly. Room was dirty. No smoking area smelled like someone smoked marijuana. Breakfast was so so.

Room smell like mildew. They wouldn't change our room. 217. Stained chair. Pool down for maintenance. Needs updating. Didn't make beds daily. Ran out of wash towels daily. Sink was stopped up.

Staff was unattentive. There was noone at the desk when I checked in. I called out and was told someone would be with me in a minute. it was over 15 minutes later that someone showed up to check us in.

Our room was not ready 6 hours after check in time. The lobby was filthy, rooms were atrocious. Another family had toilet paper stuffing the peep hole in their door. We left to go elsewhere, and I can say the manager was courteous refunding our charges.

I called to let them know I would be arriving late & to make sure room was avail. no bedding was in room for the pullout couch, had to call office to have them del. Room had paint on floors & sofa cushions. Elevator was broke so had to take stairs.
