The room had an awful smell of pet urine. They couldn't accommodate a room that wasn't pet friendly. Even the hallways has urine stains and smells.

Nothing, I have been staying at La Quinta for oh my gosh 20 years and this was the worst day that I’ve ever stayed. I expect to get a phone call back or email because I was overcharged and charged for the fee and I did report it to my bank because Who is the manager is very racist. I did not appreciate that. I will be staying there again.
