Location was okay. Rooms were clean. Room service always reliable and did a good job.

Beds are queen size - so a bit small. No cutlery or crockery provided to use in the rooms. You have to ask for paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Breakfast was great - room was nice and spacious, clean and comfy. The location was also hard to beat.

While the breakfast area staff and attendants were top notch, I'd say the front desk folks were a bit subpar. They weren't particularly friendly, didn't handle a difficult customer well so made a bunch of people wait in line, and they weren't really knowledgeable about the amenities or the surrounding area.

Lobby looked nothing like photos. Tub drain was clogged/slow draining. Noisy A/C in room. Long check-in line. Vending machines didnt work and stole my money. Ice machines were out of ice. Fridge froze everything. I splurged on this disappointing hotel.
