The staff, the common areas of the building, and the heated pool/hot tub were all wonderful
Negatives:
The room itself was obviously “tidied up” but not actually cleaned before our arrival. The floor was gross and covered in dirt/crumbs/hair from previous guests. The AC/heat unit was caked in dust (it smelled AWFUL when the unit was turned on). The bathroom ceiling was cracked all over and the vent was caked in either dust or mold (I didn’t get close enough to look). Under one of the pillows was a crusted over, blood marked tissue. This was the major issue and was the last straw in my experience at the hotel (a picture of the tissue delivered to the front desk is included).
