Representative Nestor tried all he could to get the door key to let me in but we couldn't get the damn room pass to open the door and so Nestor empathized and immediately and professionally processed a credit for my booking. Thanks for the courtesy Nestor!
Negatives:
Representative Nestor tried all he could to get the badge to work in letting me enter the designated room but the badge system was defectuve and i had to run up and down from the room door to the lobby to get the badge system to activate properly to let me in. We couldn't get the damn thing to open the door and so Nestor empathized and immediately and professionally processed a credit for my booking and i took off to another hotel.

Our first room was not clean so we were moved to another room. Was sorted out quickly though which was good. Also the shuttle couldn’t fit us in, and we needed to leave at 6am so waiting for another hour wasn’t going to work. A shuttle needs to run more often. Maybe even prioritizing people on flights that are leave sooner. Other than that all good.

The entire floor including the room steeled like smoke. The room also smelled of mold which I discovered was on the bathroom ceiling and shower rod. Staff was rude and unhelpful and harassed us.
