The staff was nice and extremely helpful but the place was trash

The facility was gross. The area is sketchy. Non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarettes. There was trash, broken glass all over the ground. And large (hopefully animal) poop all over the grass. Outside reeked of pee. There was a homeless person passed out in the grass in front of our room when we woke up. The sheets had burns and stains all over them. The blankets were smelly and stained. The bathroom was not very clean (I had to clean it before we could use it) missing cabinet & closet doors, there were roach traps and tons of flies. Broken appliances in the bathroom. Missing smoke detector with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. 0 stars

it had. pool, and a guy at the entrance asking people why they were there, during the day!!
Negatives:
The property, was dirty, cigarette buts everywhere, and trash. No trash cans outside. Homeless sleeping outside on the property. a dead furry animal, outside the room, had been there a long time, could not tell what it was. also, the pool smelled funny. it did not Inside: the shower was not clean, still had shampoo on it from the person before, room smelled like smoke. The phone in the room was unconnected, and no phone jack for it!! No coffee pot, no remote control for the TV, there were dead roaches on the floor! and I killed two in the bathroom. No breakfast like they advertise!!
