An extra star needs to be added for customer service. Warren went out of his way to accommodate us, and make sure we were very comfortable!

The fact I called ahead of time for my husband to take my son on a father and son night out and they wanted me to drive 2 hours to show my ID. BUT would cancel and rebook my room for more money under his name and with my credit card. Makes absolutely no sense.
