Yes, delay in receiving our room keys, no ice, no shower mats, no brochures listing general information. One dog barked on a consistent basis. Ive been at this hotel before and the total atmosphere has changed, I/we were rather disappointed

My children and grandchildren arrived late, exhausted. My daughter in law, pregnant, and little ones were all very tired. It was a difficult trip to Long Beach. They were refused a late check out. Yes, the maids need to clean the rooms. But seeing a distraught family with a pregnant mother, an hour extra .... was it really too much to ask? It's OK. Keep it up. That's your policy, which is by far MORE IMPORTANT!!!! (a missed opportunity to help your clients out)

The staff were helpful specially the woman in the reception when checked in. The space of the room was good. The location was excellent less than an hour drive from all the attractions we were planning to visit with my children.
Negatives:
The cleaning service wasnt that good. Room wasnt that clean and trash bins wasnt changed unless we call the reception.

Negatives:
- paying for the exterior parking 14 USD per day is more then excessive in that area - breakfast fast too simple and no variation - Saturday and Sunday some partying going on another floor with very loud and throbbing music, but manager was seemingly not able to stop this even after telling the front desk

Super Clean. Friendly and very welcoming guest service and all staff members of the hotel. Very accommodating as well. I also liked the breakfast buffet and the coffee is great!! The kitchen staff very respectful, responsive and greeted us with smiles.
Negatives:
The pool area, the towel shelf was empty by the time we got to the pool and there was no restock.

Room was very big and spacious. Breakfast was very good. All areas were clean and the hot tub was entertaining. Staff were excellent. Wednesday reception was very good.
Negatives:
The coffee in the lobby area can be little more organized. Laundry machines can be checked for maintenance more.
