I advised the hotel that we’re celebrating our anniversary and we walked in to rose petals on the floor and the bed! Very nice touch!

The area was nice, other than the homeless crazy people or druggie hitting up on the street right there.
Negatives:
The room was overly priced and the only parking is offsite. Apparently the rates change depending what's going on and the staff wasn't clear about that at all.
Also found BLACK MOLD IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF THE ROOM WITH ME ESPECIALLY THE SHOWER. DISGUSTING. I even did the wipe down check to see if the rest of the room was gross and of course absolutely dirty!!!!

Positives:
Location is great. Short walk to convention center, Pike outlet shops, and marina area. Checking in and out is easy. Room was clean and well appointed.
Negatives:
The market is extremely overpriced and understaffed. Keycards are very particular (e.g. only one side of the card scans properly for elevator and door access), which was frustrating. Generally, the hotel seems too expensive for services and amenities included.

We loved everything about the hotel. Very clean. Location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The only downfall is the parking situation having to pay $16 a day.

Positives:
Great location good facilities but the best part was the staff, they were all amazing. Everyone made you feel so welcome. You could not walk through the public area without a staff member acknowledging you and asking if you needed anything.
Was a great lesson in Customer Service.
