Positives: the hotel was clean and location was safe and quiet. the room was clean and all staff was professional and nice
Negatives: the beds were smaller then the queens and the opening to the room was very narrow. I hate ballet and needed access to the car and was not a fan of paying 56 a day for a service not helpful. on check out my billing was messed up, still waiting.

Positives: Not much, the clean sheets and the cleaning staff were nice. The view was okay but that's all.
Negatives: Staff were unfriendly and rude. They wanted to charge me twice for my pre paid stay. The shower was clogged and you ended up showering in three inches of grubby water.

Positives: Location was great, one staff member was brilliant, the first guy to check us in. Hes the only one who stood out.
Negatives: All rooms should have clean water. We asked to be moved to the same floor as our other party as they had clean water in their shower and they refused. I bathe in clean water at home, so this was not good for my skin. The pool was not clean so we did not use it.
