Very bad experience to book this hotel in LA, when I trip there with my family for spring break, i booked this hotel three nights with two websites, however, when we checked in, the front desk told us all of our reservations were cancelled for no reason, I talked with agents (hotwire and bookings), they told us reservations were not cancelled at all. Person working in front desk are all rude and unfriendly. We have to reserve another hotel for three nights in last minute for whole family, do not recommend this hotel
