Location to the airport, shuttle service to and from hotel to airport, large rooms, subway and coffee and Krispy Kreme on site. There is a restaurant onsite as well. Elevators are very safe as it will only take you to your floor. Ability for a late checkout was grateful. Rooms are soundproof. Kitchenette would be great if I stayed longer than one night. Location was ideal and ease of transport to and from airport....didnt have to wait long for the shuttle pick up....communication prior to arrival was great

I didnt get reminded that I had breakfast included and what time to rock up so when I rocked up it was too late. The shower pressure was not the best if you would stay for a while. Only one set of the blockout blinds worked.

The bed and pillows were comfortable clean towels
Negatives:
On arrival at 9 pm we were informed the restaurant and bar had just closed had we been informed of this previously we could have bought some food at the airport.
The room was a disabled person room it was cold and sparse.
There was only a small coffee machine with coffee no tea.
Breakfast was terrible cutlery was dirty, breakfast available was sparse limited choice the bread had to be put through the toaster 5 times to toast tea and coffee was like warm. probably one of if not the worse breakfast we have ever been presented with
