I chose this Hotel due to its location, and my prior stays at the Hotel. The breakfast is quite adequate also.

When booking the hotel, it does not tell you there is a $42.00 per night fee to park in the hotel parking. I was not prepared for this, and was unwilling to incur this extra cost; so I had to park away from the hotel and walk back and forth each day!

Easy location off freeway. Nice staff that are helpful. Food in hotel is great.

WE arrived early and once our room was cleaned, we were able to secure an early check in. Great hot breakfast in the morning. free shuttle to airport and fast uber ride to Manhatten Beach.

The breakfast starts late wasnt really something to brag about. The room had a huge cockroach in it when I woke up. The hallways smelled like weed. The elevators were stripped down and seemed unsafe. The pillows were super uncomfortable.

Hotel looks like a construction site filled with homeless people sleep everywhere. Staff is shady and rude. Room is disgusting, absolutely filthy. Nasty carpet, bathroom , worse than a motel 6. If your looking for a cheap place to stay -dont stay here.

Value. It was pretty nice at a reasonable price! My employer puts us at nice hotels, so I have kind of high standards. I also like to save a bit if Im paying out of pocket, so Im looking for something close to a 4 star hotel, at a budget price.
Negatives:
The only thing that looks a little ghetto is the ugly crazy carpet in the halls. Otherwise it was a pretty nice clean acceptable place to stay with a free airport shuttle!

Breakfast and location. Needed a place to stay for an early morning flight out of LAX. The breakfast and shuttle made this the ideal hotel for my needs.
Negatives:
The check in time was 3 pm. They strictly enforced that 3 pm check in time. There was a long line at 3 pm waiting to check in when check in started. Rules are ruled I understand. Just be aware you are not checking in 1 minute early.

The shuttle took way longer than expected. The guy didnt even get off the bus to help with bags. You have to lift it up to him. After waiting almost an hour. When other hotels have come by about 6 times at this point.
