Location was excellent. Staff very attentive and helpful. Bed and pillows were among the best I have tried in a long time!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel While the hotel's restaurants and entertainment facilities are truly exceptional - serving one of the best burgers I've ever had and offering a fantastic night club and bowling experience - the service from the hotel staff, starting from the receptionist to the valley team, was abysmal.
Despite my written requests to change rooms due to a discrepancy in the room size, I received zero response from the management. It's appalling that such a well-regarded hotel can fail so miserably in terms of customer service. The staff seemed uninterested, rude, and utterly disconnected from their roles.
What's even more disheartening is that we only decided to stay at the hotel because of the outstanding dining and entertainment experiences we had within the hotel's facilities. We assumed that the hotel itself would match the high standards set by its restaurants and night club. Unfortunately, the poor service from the hotel staff completely ruined our stay.
I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I would caution others against staying at this hotel, despite its exceptional dining and entertainment options.

The location was great as we could walk outside and go directly to see the walk of the stars and other attractions.
Negatives:
We absolutely hated the small room and although the beds were comfortable, we kept stubbing our toes on the corners of the bed and it hurt our toes several times and pissed us off. We eventually had to put our backpacks in front of each of the 2 center end corners of the bed to save our toes. Ridiculous!!!!!

They forgot to clean our room, the bathroom is very small and with issues such as leaks. The towels are old, the mattress is zero confortable. The remote control didn’t work.
