Positives:
It was a super cute location! It was modern, sleek and clean. Our room was small and perfect for a little one-day staycation.
We tried the roof top restaurant and had a wonderful experience. It turned into a particularly cold Sunday evening and the receptionist at the restaurant, Sasha, gave me a blanket. The food was delicious and the customer service was top tier.

Positives:
The room was very small and tight , the Wi-Fi didn’t work/ bad signal , they inform you that breakfast is served from 6-10am and that the hotel will give you a credit of 25$ to use ……. But what they won’t tell you is that they 25 $ isn’t free or complementary it comes from your 100 incidental fee.

The staff were nice & helpful.

I loved the comfortable spacious room, I really loved the restroom.
Negatives:
The drinks at the bar were bad, no free chips and guac is ridiculous, the menu was over priced, the view from the hotel is nothing but a building next door. Overpriced for the bare minimum, beds were hard.

The bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Great tacos at the restaurant. Common areas were really beautiful. Staff was nice.

The a/c was insanely loud when it turned off and on. We upgraded to the top floor but were woken up early by all the restaurant noise above us. Breakfast was undercooked. There was also no small refrigerator for food/beverages.

I was very excited to stay in this beautiful hotel, but unfortunately we have been disappointed.
The first room that was given to us was straight in front the elevator (even when I requested to be far away from it). The room had the view to a back alley full of AC systems that were extremely noisy. We were happy that the staff accommodated our request to change rooms to one much calmer.
The second room was great. It was way more spacious, decoration was beautiful, bathroom was also very nice. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable.
Bathroom had everything needed - (it was missing some space for our toiletries).
There is no parking at the hotel, but there are a few parking options walking distance.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water for the duration of our stay, and it was a massive inconvenience. We called reception, and they assured a maintenance person was looking into the situation, to give it 10 minutes for hot water to come back.
We waited 30 minutes, turned on the water again and after 5 minutes of wasted running water, it was still as cold. We had to take a cold shower that night. We went about our night, celebrated the NYE. Coming back to the hotel, we wanted to shower before going to bed, but still no hot water (we are talking 6 hours after our complaint).
The following morning (14h after complaining), still no hot water.
We also had a $25 credit to use for breakfast, but most of the items were not available, we waited 30 minutes for our order to then be told that what we wanted was also out of stock! We decided to cancel our order out of frustration. There was only one person at the kitchen... Extremely disorganized/lack of staff considering the hotel was full for NYE and a college football game happening.
We decided to talk to front desk at our checkout and get a refund on our room. Front desk was only willing to give us 20% discount, which we refused. We requested to talk to the manager that was not there yet. They gave us his business card. We called at 1:15 pm (they informed us his shift started at 1 pm), but he was not there yet. At around 1:30 pm, we received an email that our room had been fully refunded, which we appreciate. But then, they decided to revert back all the charges, and only apply the 20% discount.
We truly wish our experience was different, as we liked the hotel, but we won't come back.
