Was old and kind of dingy. The cleaning staff started knocking at my door at 8am and continued multiple times right up to just before check out time even though I repeatedly said we were still sleeping. Very annoying. The last time they didn’t even knock and just tried to open the door. Luckily I had the latch lock on.

Kind of a musty smell on 2nd floor. I asked for ground floor in advance, but upon arrival found out we were furthest away from elevator as possible. I have an injury so I really needed to be least walking distance as possible.. Front desk attendant was not helpful in this regard.

The sofa is dirty(stain) you should have leather so it’s easy to clean. Well who ever owns the place, they should stay there so they will experience how it is. The elevator is scary and dirty. You can hear every noise from outside the hallway. And more , it’s too long to mention. The mattress is not comfortable at all, you open the cabinet of the refrigerator and bathroom is screeching and more …….

We have to ask for a replacement room cause the one that we have is smell bad ( cigarettes ). I was so excited to stay at best western cause I used to be the head house keeper of one of one of the hotel. It’s sad.

Front office has no customer service skills. I called to see if we could check in early and Katherine said we could come as early as 1:30pm. Got there at 1:40 and was told “no rooms available” with no expression. She said it would be ready by 2:00pm. We went for some lunch came back at 2:20pm only to be told “no rooms ready, again”. When I complained I was told “you could have been charged $50 for early check in” unbelievable. Again your front line should be more friendly. Did not feel welcome at all and will not be back. And I understand housekeeping needs to clean rooms just don’t tell your guests that early checkin is available and then it isn’t.
