Service was poor. We did not get enough towels and gave us a room across from the elevator. When requested a change, they charged extra to assign a different room. The cleaning was offered only once during our three day stay.

We found used underwear in our bathroom and they went to clean it and it was still the same they only picked up the underwear. And the pool had more than 40 people at one point and floating stuff everywhere no towels

Beautiful hotel. Huge rooms with a balcony. Beds very comfortable. Happy hour was fun and buffet breakfast was good. We ate dinner at the hotel's Taste restaurant and it was excellent. Good food and super nice wait person. In-room movies would've been nice, but no big deal. TV sets in the room were huge!
Negatives:
The HVAC system is weird. Our room was freezing but we were told heat wouldn't be available until the outside temp was 55 degrees. They brought us a small space heater but it didn't do much good. This is our only complaint about this property.
