Positives:
Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Liked that there was a microwave in the room and the TV was nice and big with good pic quality. Wifi worked well.
Negatives:
Shower wasn't very clean. A/C unit was very loud. Ending up turning it off as it kept waking me each time it flipped on. The elevators are sketch as the doors don't always open once you reach your floor. Thought I was stuck in them until I had the thought of hitting the open door button. The pool wasn't kept up well. First night, the jacuzzi was great. Second night after what I assume was heavy usage from other guests it was dirty and not warm at all.
There was no housekeeping service. So I had no coffee the second morning.

The smell walking in, thru the halls, the elevator was broken and the other was out of a horror movie with big moving blankets covering the walls of the elevator... Welcome to hell house . Creeeeeeepy. Had to take stairs with my bum knee and my bags. Not a good experience... Stinky...
