Smoke alarm went off saying low battery and continued through the night so no sleep. Could not get a hold of anyone. Sinks backed up, tub water was yellow, tv did not work. The room was warm no AC.
Resort said they would give a 30.00 plus tax credit but I would have to call booking.com to get it. There is no way to call you???? Very frustrating, so I will never use your service again.

The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. The suite was huge but we didn't spend much time there. Breakfast was convenient.
Negatives:
The door to the bathroom was next to impossible to open and close. The pillows were super lumpy. We were on a set of stairs that was rotting out. There was decayed wood around and an orange cone. When I told them at check out about the door, they seemed uninterested. This hotel needs a lot of deferred maintenance taken care of. It's also very noisy and we were there on a Wednesday.
