Negatives:
Had found live roaches in room and also found dead smashed roaches on walls and markings of bed bugs also on walls. Manager didn't make me feel welcomed at all. Told me that after they move me rooms because of the roaches and if I saw roaches again in the second room then I would be asked to leave cuz they will assume that I brought them with. I got offended by his remark and felt he was rude. Towels weren't even white anymore. Floors in room are never serpt. I felt so dirty there.
