Positives:
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They checked to ensure all was going well. When I had an issue, it was resolved within 5 minute when maintenance came to my room very promptly.

The amenities are great.
Negatives:
I did not like the $17 daily parking fee. I feel that as guest that should be free if you are staying at the hotel
Negatives:
Smelt damp, no refrigerator, no microwave, I had to pay extra for arriving early and had paid for the room I wanted but did not receive.
Negatives:
The decor of the room was outdated. The frame of the door in the bathroom was dirty along with the wall in the bathroom.
When we showered, my husband and I kept getting burned when the toilet in the upstairs room was flushed.

Hotel employee at the Front Desk did an Excellent job providing support when we were stranded at the airport and making our checking easy she made us feel valued as customers thanks hotel employee

we wanted something close to the airport which this was.

The bed was hard and gave me a stiff back. The carpets were really gross and the chairs in the room had stains.

The location was near the airport and car rental place.
Negatives:
The evening before flying back to Atlanta, GA, the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM, loud as it can be. We all had to vacate the room and go outside the hotel, awaiting turn-off of fire alarm (1:44 AM). Back in room, could not get back to sleep - Tired!
Positives:
Room was a bit out dated but was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Did not know about the parking charge of $17 a night.
