My room wasn’t ready. I got there 30 mins before check in so they told me to wait until 3pm so I waited in my car. They were supposed to call me when it was ready. 1 hour later I go in to see how long and they forgot to call me so I was waiting in the for no reason.

The staff I would say ( ok) but the room are clean, breakfast ok , our room was big , but we had an issue with the other room they were hitting the door until 3 am , I couldn't relax much it had a double room and that's why we had a double door

The fridge was a decent size. The sink being outside of the bathroom was ideal so one can use it while the other was in the bathroom.
Negatives:
Shower water pressure, people loud at midnight, phones don’t work, someone smoking on our floor which was the top floor. Not enough light. Stains on bed.
