None of the fixtures were secure/working to fullest potential - loose outlets, loose toilet handle, loose shower faucet handle so water temp was bad, no seals on door, and worst of all the AC wasn't working due to that knob also being defective, and it was 90 degrees that day, so room was even hotter! Felt high price for all that issue that maintenance clearly doesn't want to tend to, making guests comfortable... we only were there 10 hours...

Nice beds, awesome pillows! Air conditioner was awesome - very quiet too. Easy location, quiet area.

Room a little worn - carpet frayed and up in a couple areas... not real clean under beds. Hand held hair dryer was disgusting - some 'sticky' stuff all over - unable to use or touch...(manager was notified) Couple spiders in bathroom...Dog locked in truck in parking lot. Was barking - a lot....(manager notified). Laws prevent animals being unattended and locked in a vehicle.

I ask to check out room221 by Luciana Mueck. I couldn't sleep well due to the truck noise at 4 am and the smell from the room or the air conditioning filter made me sick and I had to be hospitalized and I'm going back to San Diego. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will pay dearly and it is very bad.

Good Parking availability close to the room. The breakfast room was not too crowded. There were plenty of accessable electrical outlets in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Free reliable wifi

Had to ask for extra towels. In room coffee service poor quality. Filthy carpets. I made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room and the bottom of my feet turned a yucky dark brown.
