Room was good size for family and clean.
Negatives:
There were way too many people at the pool. There was no controls in place to limit vacationers from other hotels coming in each day who didn’t pay to stay at the hotel. There was one server that was taking money to hold seats at opening for these specific customers. It happened right in front of us. It was disgusting.

We have two small children so the pool areas of course are outstanding. The kids loved it and we will be going back solely for this reason.

Not enough food options. One main restaurant which isn’t great for the money

Amazing place to take kids...
Positives:
The pool was great. Our two year old loves the lazy river and pools. We also had one afternoon without our toddler and went to the spa. It was great and we spent the afternoon at that pool which had almost no one there!
Negatives:
The pools were VERY busy. A lot of kids and they weren’t always being watched by parents. We also requested a wine opener twice and never got one which was annoying. Also there were issues with the resort systems and we couldn’t get an additional key so we had to really plan our days and key exchange when we wanted to do separate things.
