The room was very dirty, the sheets had cigarette burns and what appears to be bed bug excrement on them, the sheets did not look like they were washed as there was lint and hair on them, and the walls and floors are dirty.

I was put in a dirty room upstairs. The room was terrible after I came back from the hospital visiting my husband who had brain surgery. 8:30 at night the lady said I should have never been put in that room. She moved me to the correct room and charged

There was no mirror in the main room which made getting ready difficult. Everything was run down on the exterior. Not located near facilities. Weird layout. Room was bare & cold, antiseptic. Television barely worked. Wifi was very weak.

1st room, window had a hole in it like a small rock or pellet gun hit it, they quickly changed our room ( which was appreciated as we had our kids with us, and want them to be safe) but 2nd room (which we stayed in for 2 nights) we found "little friends" (roaches) in the bathroom. Bathroom door had a small hole like someone punched the door, but we didn't complain as we understood they are remodeling.
Night time was a little uneasy as there was a man running through the halls who appeared to be intoxicated and made me (female, 37) uncomfortable but not really hotels fault
