Positives:
Good location off highway, quiet, clean, spacious, great breakfast relative to other hotels. Appreciate the refillable containers in the shower rather than single use plastic.
Negatives:
Uncomfortable pillows (but fortunately there were several so I was able to stack 2 together). Carpet in room (yuck, please rip that out!)

Great price, the breakfast buffet is one of the best! So many great options. The rooms are nice and spacious. Super close to 101 and multiple shopping centers. Definitely the best place to stay in the area. Definitely recommend!
