The door didn't open without shaking the handle. It was dark and smelled like all kinds of smoke. It was loud (you could hear other guests). There were prescription pills on the ground in the parking lot. I actually left within an hour of getting the room

I asked the week before about an early check in. Only about a couple of hours. I was told, "no problem" by the front desk. When I arrived, the front desk said absolutely no, and would not check to see if there was a room available. Extremely disappointed
