I enjoy the whole experience from checking in to checking out. Location was perfect for us. The staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was clean and smelled good.

The location is terrible surrounded by homeless people and the rooms were filthy and smelled bad. There was hair left in the bathtub from a previous customer. There was dirt underneath the desk and food crumbs also from a previous customer. Very dirty

Toilet did not stop running. Had to remove lid of toilet to fix flapper. Area was sketchy. Hotel was a La Quinta naughty hotel employee. Staff stated that they were in the process of changing names.

The pictures of this hotel are very misleading. It appears they have painted and put on new bedding to get good pictures, but the hotel is very run down and very unsafe. The deadbolt didn't line up in order to functionally lock either. We felt very unsafe

Good place to stay. The ever changing price from opening the web page til check out is confusing and irritating. Price started out at $---and ended up much higher. Who is cheating here?

The staff was amazing !!!! They were not only so friendly to me and my family but they bent over backwards to do whatever it took to accommodate us while we were in Sacramento for our dance convention !!! They are AMAZING !!!! We will be back !!!!

The location, next to River youd think be soothing and ideal. It is far from it with homeless all around parking lot and the gas station next door, people parking lot 24/7 (wont assume anything with that) we didnt even stay, I checked in and couldnt

Bathtub and toilet were dirty. 2 of 3 lights in sleeping area worked. A lot of homeless people in this area. Bedrooms are more outdated than the pictures show.
