Exceptional
Positives:
Staffs were friendly. However, I need to wait for a while to receive services. The staff at the counters were doing something, but I am not sure what took them so long. I believe that there were some facility issues.
Negatives:
I heard that there was some plumbing construction while I was staying. This affected the water pressure. There was not enough water pressure to satisfy. The problem is that neither the website nor the hotel told me or mentioned this important information before I reserved a room. If someone pays more than $200 per night, they should be notified.

Positives:
Everything was great. Location is a bonus!! We love all the amenities and of course the morning starbucks.
Negatives:
Honestly I cannot think of anything but that there is no microwave in the room. I had to run down to the lobby to heat my leftovers. I am glad that we had a fridge though.

I was very excited about the location- next to the park and activities.
Negatives:
The room description was incorrect to what I was expecting to see. Said great view - but all we woke up to was an apartment building and construction. I am down to spend money on a wonderful place- but this was not worth the money.
