THE FRONT DESK CLERK AT CHECK IN WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY IT SET A GREAT TONE FOR OUR STAY!

I really love the staff. From front desk and another young lady I dont recall her name to housekeeping. Everyone was amazing. My kids loved the breakfast. Didnt get to take advantage of the pool since it was cold and not much sun.

I found a cockroach in my room and the didn’t compensate me . They moved me to another room and it was so uncomfortable and dark and just the same . Terrible. The breakfast was good but limited for those who don’t eat pork .
