The pool and hot tub were great , there was a small gym which was enjoyable .

An item was “lost” from the room and it did not seem to matter to the manager he said they looked and nothing was ever done.

Cannot beat location for walkability to Little Italy. Housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful.
Negatives:
wifi information not available in room, no clue how to access pool (no information was given on check-in; tv advertising only gave information for work out space), hotel parking wasn’t ideal for person driving a truck due to narrowness of city garage (honestly, there was no way I was going to get stuck in a tiny underground garage and damage my vehicle trying to maneuver), keycard in elevator to get to your floor worked sporadically, on-site restaurant was mediocre at best, and aren’t there supposed to be warm freshly baked cookies?

Positives:
The location was very easily accessible. Very easy to check in and out .
Negatives:
The parking lot was completely full so I had to search for parking in the street. The host checking me in was very dismissive and unwelcoming . The restrooms were dirty and had mold in the showers . That was a huge negative . The neighbors where very loud a woke me up at 5am . Although this wasn’t necessarily the hotels issue it didn’t help the negative stay I was already having .

Negatives:
Parking garage entry/exit is very tight even for sedans. Elevators were a little quirky with room key and floor selection.
