The location is perfect. Easy one block walk to the waterfront. Numerous places to eat and drink right out the door. No need for car which is good, parking is extremely expensive in this area. The entire hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Can not think of a single thing. If you like coffee in your room just request a Nespresso, otherwise you must go to lobby for that first cup.

Great location within a 2min walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
The staff were always friendly and were very helpful with storing our luggage when we went for an overnight trip to Yosemite.
The free happy hour every evening (5-6pm) was a lovely bonus.
Great rooms - clean, big, comfortable beds and pillows.
We stayed here during a California trip from LA to SF and this was by far better than a Hilton and Marriott we stayed in on the trip. Would definitely come back and absolutely recommend!

Exceptional service - the people working there are so nice and accommodating! The rooms are beautiful, look just like they do in the pictures. Beds super comfy. Everything was squeaky clean. We enjoyed the location and felt very safe at all times.
