Once I actually stayed in the hotel I booked it was acceptable
Negatives:
When I Arrived, after calling in advance and informing the hotel directly that I had a late arrival, I was assured that my room would be booked for me once it was cleaned so it would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told that my room was sold to someone else and that they were full. I was sent to the sister property a few blocks away being told that a room was waiting for me there and after about an hour of waiting, I was told that in fact I would have to stay at a hotel in Oakland as the sister property was Also full., Given that I had a meeting early the next morning back in San Francisco this was a huge inconvenience, I basically ended up with 2 hours sleep that night thanks to the Hilton.

The room was very small and the bar was totally empty! Not only that there was no Self parking! So Valet service is 75$ + Tax a day

Well located for my purposes, also at the start of the flat geography so good for people with mobiliity issues. A nice touch was the water refil stations! I saved a lot on bottled water and saved a lot of plastic.

The interiors and carpets in the room areas look old and worn, they could do with a refresh.

I booked a 2 rooms with king beds and 5 rooms with deluxe views queen or king beds. received 6 rooms with double full beds and one room was moved to another hotel. It was a nightmare.

Overpriced room, suite) cleanliness was unsatisfactory. Bathroom was too small, products were not stocked,extension cord and wires were visible and messy. No apps on tv which was disappointing. To open and close curtains was troublesome. Skyline suite showed tub in picture, but no tub in actual suite.
