Positives: This place is full of charm & character updated with taste. The hotel built in 1913 is part of the San Francisco experience. The staff was very pleasant. There are many very pleasant lounges on the ground floor for the comfort of guests. It's right in the heart of the city & offers parking at a discounted rate. This hotel welcomed our dog without charging extra. We highly recommend this place & we will be back.

Positives: Great location. Despite it being in the middle of the city, it is actually very quiet. I am able to have very good sleep at night. It is pretty clean too.

Negatives: Facilities seem old. And the room is very small. You should not pick this if you require mobility space.
