Yes, Me and my wife were assigned to a very noisy room. Every step from people coming in/out were listened even from the room on the top of us. We didnt sleep well. The experience was awful this time.

The location was excellent the staff was very courteous & professional my pet dog was welcomed the complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. If I travel to the Bay Area again I will strongly consider La Quinta

housekeeping came into the room while we were gone....they stole some prescription medicine....when the manager was notified, he stated none of his staff would ever steal and basically, blew it off....I will NEVER stay at a Wyndam property again !!!

Comfortable bed, fairly clean and pretty quiet
Negatives:
Very rude non-English speaking counter staff!!! Could not understand me, I could not understand them. Extremely rude. They seem to own all the hotels in San Jose

Obnoxious behavior by a staff person that was very discriminatory and when I recorded his rude behavior, he tried to snatch the phone out of my hand. I will be contacting corporate about this employees egregious behavior and conduct. Just dont !!!

I couldn't even sleep both nights due to noise throughout the night in the upstairs. The pillows and sheets were look like those were not cleaned after someone else used them.

Close to the airport. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Could do with some more cleaning for instance the light plates, walls, door, and door nobs. The sheets were supposed to be white but have a grayish color. Need to use some bleach maybe.

Course staff, nearness to airport nearness to several offices in the Silicon Valley, and delicious breakfast with wide variety of food and dessert . I will book this hotel for my next trip in November
