Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 16 and May 18, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 21% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.
