Overall it's pretty good, staff are nice, location works perfect for my travel purpose, and I'm offered a room per my request (close but not next to the elevator, with sunshine in the room).
Negatives:
The windows in the room could be open but just very limited, 10% roughly, not enough for the resh air in the morning. Meanwhile, I think the car park should be included in the room rate.

Room was very large and comfortable. I LOVE their beds! Hotel is very quiet, easy to find, and convenient to the freeway. We had food delivered rather than going out and it was delicious and fast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Dogs we were on the third floor and there wasn’t enough room for the dogs on the first floor. The dogs continued to bark until the occupants returned at 10PM. It was very annoying.

The sofa bed was terrible and takes up space in the room so it’s difficult to move around
The cleaning every three days was problematic as we didn’t get it on the third day and left on the 5th day!
So the front desk replenished items as needed, just had to call!
