Positives:
My favorite thing about this hotel, that has me coming back is definitely the staff, the size of the room and the proximity to all the things in the city. The entire location is always so clean and welcoming. I like everything from checking in with the welcoming staff, like Elizabeth and Vanessa who greeted me every time I walked in or out of the lobby. The size of the room and the bathroom are truly the best as well. Loved all the toiletries provided as well. I would also like to state that even though I was in a room next to the pool and plenty of families were using the pool, the noise was to a minimum, which was so nice, most hotels you can hear your neighbors breathe and this location seems to do great with noise.
Negatives:
I've only had one complaint in the past which is the size of the trash cans are bit small for those that stay longer than 3 days, however I resolved that issue by contacting the lobby and making sure my trash was picked up. The only thing I would love to see (not a major complaint) is that there was a second ice machine maybe like in the lobby, since the only one is located on the second floor in a deep corner and as a female I feel a bit unsafe going late at night.

I like that the staff was friendly and helpful and there was always someone at the front desk when you came into the facility no matter what time you came in. I also like the location proximity to nearby attractions.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I had to ask for room cleaning services which were never done the entire stay and getting clean towels was a bit of a hassle at times but staff tried to meet my requirements.
