I like that the staff was friendly and helpful and there was always someone at the front desk when you came into the facility no matter what time you came in. I also like the location proximity to nearby attractions.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I had to ask for room cleaning services which were never done the entire stay and getting clean towels was a bit of a hassle at times but staff tried to meet my requirements.

I normally stay in this hotel and I like it. Good location good prices and always clean.
Negatives:
This is the 1st time I had a bad experience at this location. When I was sleeping around 10pm a man walking to into my room. Luckily my boyfriend was with me. But when I called the front desk she said there was a mix up and they accidentally gave a key and booked another guest in my room.

my room wasnt fully cleaned! there was a pair of someone sock on the table. and couple of empty water bottle was underneath of the bed. the refrigerator wasnt cold. they’re blame me that’s because of the room type that I booked. :)
