Good location but overpriced plus...
Positives:
Perfect location, so close to the bars and restaurants. Beautiful design, the hotel was really pretty. Staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly.
We wish we had stayed another night!
Negatives:
We were in the far end downstairs, the sink was a bit smelly and the hallway also smelt funny, like drains. I did wonder if that was because our room was near the laundry room.
No facilities to have hot water in the room. Had to get dressed and walk out onto the street, then into the lobby to get hot water for a cup of tea (being British - tea is very important!!)

Positives:
The property was very nice and in a great location. A block away from State Street so walking distance from everything.
The staff was very attentive and professional.
Negatives:
Dissapointed that the hotel did not provide self parking even though they had parking on site. $30/night for valet parking.
Feel that a property of that caliber (and price point), part of a chain like Hilton should include parking for guests.

Great location….. my reservation was for two nights
$ 431. Dollars total price. They charge 1300 dollars in my credit card…. After I complain to the management, they adjust the price to $ 249.00 per night. Still they refuse to honor the price of the reservation. I will definitely dispute those charges…. This hotel is a scam…. I’m 70 years old and I wasn’t even being held up 20 steps up and I had to carry my own luggage…. Disappointed and disgusted place…. They refused to honor booking.come, reservation and put me on their own reservation and charge more money….!

Not every room had a bathtub, and this was not specifically mentioned. It makes bathing kids a bit challenging.

The bathroom was ok. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms were small. The TV was terrible. You couldn't watch TV for more than 2 minutes without it buffering. The ice cream freezer in the lobby wasn't even at freezing so the ice cream was mushy. The room wasn't very quiet. You could here footsteps from the floor above.

Rooms are very small, not much space to move around. Bathroom was good, shower didn’t work as expected but we were offered breakfast to cover that. Running water in the bathroom smells weird.
