Quite cold one night and no extra bedding in room. Had to ask and it was provided next day.
No facility for making hot drinks in room. Could get coffee from reception in the morning. Reception was good at letting me have hot water for tea later in the day.

Room was renovated. Motel was very close to the beach. What I especially liked is the customer service. I left my e-reader in the room. The staff was extremely helpfull to make sure I received it on time in the next hotel as we were on a road trip. No words to express how thankful I am.
