They lied to me about giving me my refund for changing my room. They change my booking last minute when I was already in the middle of my eight hour drive over there. They offer me a different room than I paid for with only one bed when I was traveling with multiple people. I had no choice but to a take the room because I was already on my way there and was driving on the freeway. I was told that I will get a 50% refund since I wasn't getting what I paid for in advance, when I got there the guys acted like they was giving me the refund. When I was leaving I was told The refund should have been issue already and should have cleared But I needed to talk to the supervisor because she was in there and to call later since my check out was at 5:00 a.m. Long story short, I still don't have my refund.
