Negatives: I booked a reservation and we were not accommodated due to their Rooms without aircondition . We were advised by the front desk to transfer to another hotel at 0200 in the morning. Good thing a friend of mine offered to book me us under his name to a different hotel . Since my booking was non refundable, I asked for an exception because it was your end. Not me.. However, it has been a couple of days that Booking customer service told me that they still waiting for your response and until now there is NO response. Please take a look into this.

Negatives: The front desk staff, Phoebe, was very unprofessional and intentionally over-charged us $300 for the hotel registration. She messed up with my credit card and debit card. She ruined our entire vacation.
