Positives:
Very close to Disney, easy 20 minute drive with no turns. You literally just drive on Katella for 20 minutes then turn left into Disney parking. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
Terrible Wi-Fi. Had to go sit by the pool to use WiFi because there was barely a signal in our room. Even sitting right next to the main office wifi was pretty bad.

The area was quiet , the property is fenced in, rooms were clean , only about 20 minute drive to Disneyland. The room was cheap for a 1 night stay so that was a plus!
Negatives:
The curtain for the shower in the bathroom was short so water would come out of the shower.
