Front desk staff was cold. The only thing he said was breakfast is at 7 and here is the wifi code. Why do I have to ask where to park? Maybe he could have added, Let us know if you need anything??????? I am pretty sure his name was Eric. Sorry, buddy, I have met cardboard with more personality.

Breakfast was adequate but repetitive, staff very helpful
Negatives:
The heating and a/c unit was not working in our room. The noise coming from the unit as it struggled to work was terrible. We asked for a room change and were told it was not possible. All the rooms in our category were occupied. Maintenance was to address the issue but despite talking to several staff members on several occasions the issue was not fixed. No one checked back with us to address the status of the problem. Fortunately the weather was mild and with extra blankets and covering up we were able to get comfortable.

While showering the water would go from very hot to very cold then hot, then cold, I called the front desk and was told they would get back to me , and was never called back. No pay channels were working and when called the front desk was told they would be down and not working until Monday.
